Calling all London landlords! Are you looking to save money when renting out property?. Well here's something to contemplate. When you rent out a Fully managed property in London, you typically pay 10-15% of the monthly income out in fees if not more. One quick stop and here comes into play an online company by the name of Howsy. They charge a Low fixed fee - £45/mo outside M25, £79/mo inside M25 and they claim to be saving landlords thousands of pounds versus high street agents. Howsy also offers a Self-manage package called Connect which costs **£15 a month** based on a 12-month contract. This package includes Property advertising, rent collection and a management dashboard. However, there is an additional £25 find a tenant fee. This package is ideal for landlords who want to take a more hands-on approach. The company has several awards to its name including the National LIS award in 2019 for best online Agency. It's not all plain sailing. Obviously, there are pros and cons to using Howsy.

#### Pros

- The more you take on, the more you save. For instance, if you handle viewings, you save money. If not, there is a set fee and a time frame for this. Taking your own photos for your listing, you take the photos, and you save money.
- They even do HMO property management.
- There is an easy switch, whereby if you already have an agent, they'll help you make a fast, hassle-free switch to Howsy.
- There is 24-hour online support.

#### Cons

- Please take a look at some of the reviews for Howsy on [TrustPilot](https://uk.trustpilot.com/review/howsy.com) and [AllAgents](https://www.allagents.co.uk/howsy/) This will give you an idea of what to expect from their current landlords and tenants' perspective. As an online Agent, there are bound to be teething problems as this is a relatively new approach to the property letting market.
