Leeds has a lot going for it as a property hotspot for landlords. The City is expanding rapidly with lots of redevelopment, aiming to improve and double the City Centre's footprint.  Not only this but in recent months the BBC has announced that it will be looking to move a significant part of its operation from London to Leeds, following the footsteps of both channel 4 and the Civil Service. The City has also been named the most profitable city in the North of England to be a landlord; due to its low property prices and high rental yields, it's not difficult to see why this city is proving to be so appealing to investors.
