Our business is centralised and fully automated. Our property management software allows landlords to securely access their own account, to see exactly what's happening, in realtime, and at any time of the day or night.

We know that as the owner of a rental property you might want to know at any time exactly what’s happening. For example, has the rent been paid, has the repair been carried out?

To find out you just log in to your own secure page of our system to see the up to date status. Simply click the "Landlord Log In" at the top of this page. You can also download your rental statements whenever you wish, for example to complete your tax return.
 
In addition to the “numbers” you will also receive an email every time an inspection report is completed, giving you a link to any photographs and videos done at that time.

Our aim is not to overload you with information, but to give you access to it so that you can examine what you want, whenever you want.
